  • Free International packages are shipped via REGISTERED AIR MAIL/REGISTERED POST. At your request, you can be provided with registration number. Delivery time is 7-17 business days, but may be longer due to circumstances beyond our control.
  • Express Post is also offered at an extra cost and is an option for you to choose. Parcels will be sent via Express or EMS Post. Delivery time is 2-4 business days, but may be longer due to circumstances beyond our control

2) We cannot be responsible for any tariffs, customs restrictions, or other regulations. We encourage you to speak with your customs office if you have any questions.
3) Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws vary in different countries or municipalities. It is your responsibility to check with your customs office to see if your country permits shipment of our products.
4) If for any reason the package is seized by customs officials, we will not issue a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. If the package is returned to us by customs officials, you are still responsible for any shipping charges.
5) You are responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply.

Refunds

We are absolutely confident that you will be happy with your purchase from us because each piece is inspected by hand for quality. We understand; however, that every customer is unique and we are flexible to meet your particular needs. Customer satisfaction in our products and services is our top priority.
If for any reason, you are not content with your purchase please contact us immediately .
Note : There are no refunds on any underwear. It is against the law to change or resell used/tried/worn underwear. Please choose carefully prior to making purchase

We will then provide instruction on where to return your purchase.

You must return the product(s) within seven (7) days(Australian) fourteen (14) days (International) of receipt for exchange or refund.

We do not charge a restocking fee but in such cases, we lose the cost of the initial shipping and so can not pay for shipping both ways. Refunds are made in the same form as initial payment (ie. refunded on your credit card) Kindly include when you contact us the following information. This will expedite the processing of your return

  • Your full name and the date the order was placed and received.
  • A list of the product(s) to be exchanged or refunded.
  • The reason for the return of the products

You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by sellouttoday.com within 7 working days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).

We will NOT pay return shipping costs if you purchased the wrong size, do not like the merchandise, or any other reason.
Should you choose to return the product you will be refunded total amount paid less postage charge, which can be seen on the parcel itself plus $2(handling fee, which usually is the cost of box or bag) and is the cost of our shipping.
You should expect to receive your refund within 3 days of us receiving the product, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

For refunds or exchange, product(s) must be returned in its original condition-same as received within 7 days

Item must be in the same packaging(plastic bag-not broken) along with all the tags(attached-not thrown in) and accessories, properly folded-basically in the same condition as you received. Do not forget to include a note with your info.

Should the product be returned in non original condition, which includes bag damage or not original bag- refund will not be given and product will be returned to you at your cost.

Products returned to be exchanged for another size or color or any other reason, must follow same steps and conditions as stated above

Full postage is to be paid, you will be advised on the amount depending on your location and nature of the product.

In most cases we will allow buyers to include a prepaid satchel of your choice with returned product to exchange for desired size or product
